Some of the alley access parking areas in the city can be a little over grown or rough, so on this project, JT Contracting was able to clear the entire area, spread and compact gravel in anticipation of a delivery of a shed, as well as improve the functionality of their rear parking area.

The client requested we tear out an old concrete shed pad and an asphalt pad that was not in the best condition, and replace with a rectangle continuous gravel pad to make parking simple, smoother and easier for their daily access.
