Very easy to see where water had been able to penetrate the space between the stoop and the steps, leading to separation. The stairs needed to be completely removed to pour a new footing, which can be seen in the progress photo post-demo. The client chose to reuse the existing railings and the bricks on the stoop were cleaned and repointed.
