Metal garage 30' wide, 35' long, 12' wall height, with vertical roofing (the corrugation of the metal runs from building ridge to eave), which allows for snow and tree litter to slide off, vertical siding, two 10' x 10' roll up doors with header seals, steel 6 panel walk in door, charcoal wainscoting, and colored screws. The vertical siding has girts for added support. The roof and side paneling are pewter gray, with charcoal wainscoting and bright white trim. It is certified for 140mph wind gust and 30 psf snow load (can be upgraded to 150/35). The concrete and site work is a separate cost not included in the building price, but please contact us if you would like a quote for just a building or concrete as well.
JT Contracting also did the monolithic concrete foundation for this install, which has the required footings per the plans for the building, small siding ledge, 4' entry apron across the full front of the building, smooth interior finish (not polished or sealed) and a brushed finish on the apron.
